I dont often ask this but if you guys could throw in a prayer or two for me I would appreciate it. I am having a very difficult time lately dealing with Ryans death. I know its the reality of the whole thing. I sit in it for as long as I can...this is so damn hard.
So if you pray, when you pray, if you could add me to your list I would appreciate it.
Thanks...Pam

Pam,
I hope we all pray, unceasingly, for each other.
Life is hard.
My father, my sister, my niece, your son, each taken in an instant.
Smoke is watching helplessly as her parent is being taken from her by degrees.
ejoyce certainly has suffered her losses.
God, give us all strength.
Pam, other than Jack and your family, who have you talked to, and who are you talking to about all this ?
What coping and treatment modalities have you tried and are you considering ?
I don't want an answer here. But I hope you can say talk = a counselor, a group, a true friend. I hope you can say considering treatment modalities = psychiatrist.
Relax and fight at the same time.

Thanks Eileen and Fish. And we do include all of you in our prayers each night. Seems our prayer list just keeps getting bigger.
Fish both my daughter and I are seeing a therapist. During our first meeting she said this is going to be hard and its going to hurt. She was so right. I think the greatest gift I've gotten from her is to know that what we feel, how we feel, the things we do, are all normal because when it comes to grief, there is no normal, only whats right for you.
Its a long process as you well know.
