I'm not MIA either, I'm just so damn depressed that I don't even turn the computer on these days.

I have been getting my exercise, though.

It gets harder and harder to keep the faith.

Hey fish, if there is anything we can do let us know. God knows you've helped me more than I think you'll ever know.

I know the feeling...it really makes me appreciate the days I feel good. It's a tough time of year, especially if you've lost loved ones. But we keep the faith...for them...and try to live the life they were taken so early from for them...its not easy...but we can do it.

I will hold you in my prayers fish and I hope you start feeling better soon....

If you can't keep the faith for now, we'll hold it for you...
