3/1 went to see niece play in BB tournament. arrived early and walked many miles to enjoy campus and surrounding community.
also the date mother died.
3/2 some staff work.

swinging 1 lb clubs

have to be careful not to get my elbows inflamed as i did last time i was swinging the clubs.

move snow lots of work with the rake, as the hedges were heavy laden. lost about a quarter of the 20 foot high hedge I planted myself a lot of years ago. 26 plants Arbor Vitae Techny. Didn't loose one. Until now. |

the clubs and staff are great for the shoulder girdle.
old friend has just had rotator cuff surgery.
we are supposed to get 1-2 feet snow, so workout for thursday is planned.
