Let’s see how this goes. Not working out much... other than “working” I did however start a 28 day raw vegan cleanse....we’ll see how that goes as well. Book... miracle medium.

can you find 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week ? 30 minutes with shower. we're melting, Smoke, unless we get some resistance training.
did you watch the clubs video ?

I did.... impressive, I’d have it wrapped around my neck.
I need to take the time! I need to take time for a lot of things.
I’m hoping that losing some weight will kick in my motivation to workout more.

you can do this, clubs on amazon are cheap, and instruction is all over u tube, and i tell you it is do-able.and extremely profitable. watch that video again. how much of your musculature will be involved. better that it is interesting than boring to give motivation. the staff stuff is pretty good, too. flexibility - range of motion - strength i don't like capital letters and shouting, but ...

good. do tell us more. how far ? walking is maybe the most underrated exercise. did some race walking for a while. waiting to see if my knees will let me get back to it.
