Well did Tm twice today. 30 min each Dr appt. said my bp was 150/90 Till I left he had me really pissed off and it was 172/100!!! Ask him if he wanted to try for 200 and I could stroke out right there in the office! I find it hard to believe it was that high, was high when I took it at home but not like that 138/72

my numbers are always higher, sometimes much higher, at the Dr.'s office.
weight and BP.
on the second reading, the weight usually stays the same, but the BP goes up.
tell me about Tread Mills.

Don’t know what to say about them. I have a weslow candence xt I’ve had it for at least 25 years. Changed one motor. Needs to be changed again and I should replace the belt. I don’t run on it anymore so it’ll last awhile. I looked for a new one but they are all huge! I have mine in my living room and am limited to size.
It does double as a coat and laundry drying rack in the winter. Lol

it's important, Smoke, it is vitally important. i just passed the biblical 3 score and 10.
looking at my contemporaries, (the ones still alive) one can tell immediately those who have taken care of themselves through exercise and those who have not.
your quality of life when you get older is the issue.
over the years you have posted some of the oh dark hundred-est workout times. is it work, or can't sleep, or what ?
take up rowing. i have to wait until dawn, which is a couple of hours later than you are on the go.

yard work and mowing certainly do count.
got some mowing in last week.
picking up the branches and twigs before mowing was workout enough.
