One arm DB ext.--3x10x45;
Lat pulldowns--1x12x80,1x10x90,3x8x100;
Upright cable rows--1x10x70,70,80;
Overhead cable tri ext.(tri-rope)--3x10x70;
Rear delt pulls(2 minibands)--3x15;
Cuff work--2x20x5(shoulder horn).
This was my first work in 10 days. I've never gone that long before between workouts and it showed. I sweated a lot of poison out of my system.
