15 mins C2 OHR 130 - 135 15 mins NT ski OHR 135 - 140 15 mins bike/speed bag OHR 140 - 145

Comment: Wanted to keep the HR between 130 & 140. Could not keep it below 140 bike/speed bag, so tried speed bag only which resulted in 140 - 145 if I kept the striking rate down.
HR in relation to PE does not carry from one exercise to a different exercise for me.

Nice workout there Fish. So does the time seem to fly by being able to switch what you're doing?
Still dont know how you do the bag and bike at the same time...I like lifting because you dont need a whole lot of coordination. Although I have had my share uncoordinated moments while lifting.
Still want to get a heavy bag....may have to wait until I unload some "excess baggage" first...priorities you know.
