Supps - Lean pak in AM; 1 gram L-carnitine before workout
Cardio - Treadmill 3.0 mph various inclines 30 minutes
Dont have much time...all sets are 12 /8 /6 reps unless otherwise noted
SS 1 Standing Twisting DB Curl 8/10/15 Tri Kickback 8/10/15
SS 2 Spider Bench DB Curl 10/15/17.5 Single Cable Pushdown 10/15/20
SS 3 Tri Ext 20/30/30 Overhead Rope Tricep 10/12.5/12.5
SS 4 Swissball Crunch 1x25x25 1x20x25 1x15x25 Reverse Crunch 1x25,20x15xBW

I liked the first 5 sets of SS 3. What happened on the last set? You need that PDA .

Jack I've read what you said, reread it...look at my workout, looked again, and I dont have a clue what the heck you are talking about with the 5 sets? YOu need to explain that one to me.
