Your tri work is getting better. I don't know about you but it's good to be back and accountable. In case you're wondering.......I wore a heavy duty,industrial strength knee brace for my workout. I just have to experiment around and see what i can do to work around the injury. I know you want to do this one by the book but can you substitute anything for the kickbacks......I would think that any tri exercise would work(JMO). As you know,I'm not a big fan of kickbacks and I'm just thinking about your bench press. Thanks for all the form tips you gave at your place. I learned a lot about plates .
