speed bb bench press(chains)--warmups,6x3x105; 3x3x125; Tate press--1x15x50,1x12x55,2x10x60; Seated DB cleans--3x12x25; Seated cable rows(wide grip)--1x12x120,140,160,180; Rear delt raise(flat bench)--3x12x25; Tri pushdowns(one arm)--3x8x70 I really didn't feel like working out this evening but I was completely energized by the time I finished. I've still got to be careful what I can do due to my knee and I've set a goal to be squatting in two weeks. Pam doesn't think so but I'm going to try and prove her "incorrect" .

Well to be honest I hope you are squatting again in 2 weeks...just be smart. By the way, I am rarely "incorrect".
