I'm still at least a week away from a real squat day. It will probably kill me . Reverse hypers--1x8x120,130,140,150,150; Standing ab pulldowns--4x10x60; Reverse crunch--3x25; Seated BB curls--1x8x75,85; 1x6x95,105; 1x4x115; Reverse wrist curls--1x15x50,55; 1x12x60,65; 2x10x70. Not much of a workout but it's a start.
