Warmups for the bench work didn't go as I'd hoped so I've put the BP off until at least Wed. I just messed around with rest of the workout.
Flat DB ext.--3x10x45;
Tate press--3x10x45;
Tri-pushdowns(v-handle)--1x15x80,1x12x90,1x10x100;
Lat pulldowns(close grip)--1x10x100,110,120,120;
Seated cable rows(close grip)--1x10x140,150,160;
Front DB raise--1x10x15,20,25;
DB side raise--3x10x20;
Cuff work(top half)--3x15x2.5
