Have not seen the infomercial.

But go to www.videofitness.com and read the million or so reviews of the program generally and the sections specificially.

If it gets you going, it may be worth the money. But it does not look to me like it has anything you can't get elsewhere.

Ultimately the ones that you do are the one that works. I did a lot of the stuff available at videofitness for a number of years. I liked it very much and it was very effective. My knees sore knees got me to stop. But I think I'll give it a try again. I've got about 20 of them on video tape.

Hope your doing well this holiday season. I've basically given up on working out for the rest of the year..if I do it's a plus. But I am lookinf forward to getting back into it in January and I expect you guys to hold me to it.
