or heard of these guys? www.treeoflife.nu/Saw a show on of all places the food network last night. They are claiming to be taking people off of all meds within as little as 4 days. Was a really interesting show...too bad our medical community doesn't realize the power of eating healthy. I know "me" the big yoga fan looking into a place like this. lol |

Havent heard of them before. I have an appt for my physical on Tuesday. I have a feeling my blood pressure will be up. Its still pretty normal when I take it at home but my average has gone up since Ryan was killed. Still under 120 for top number and around 78-80 for bottom. Its always higher when I go in though. I know she is going to want me to go on meds and I wont do it. I'm starting to pull myself together so I'll do it with my diet. Hate how they dont encourage that more too.

Last I heard 120/80 is normal

True but that a bit high for me. I'm usually around 111/74...so though its still normal I need to be mindful that it is going up.

Been as high as 163/94 right now seem to hang around 134/80 been as low as 76/114 ish
When I go to the dr. its always up there 154/86 or so.
Just got that book in "There is a cure for diabetes" by Gabriel Cousens..the guy from the tree of life, just glancing through it but it looks pretty good...I'll let ya know If I find the magic cure.

Bob is an insulin dependent diabetic. As if cancer isn't enough. I have tried to help him with his diet for years. He is very resistant.
Is this the raw food diet that Demi Moore follows?

I don't know if it's the same one she followed or not but yes it is raw "Live" food as they call it.
