I was reading someones workout from the Powerden and was wondering if someone could clairify a few things for me.

First he said he did "10" box squat w/ ssb no contrast". What does ssb no contrast mean? I assume ssb stands for one of the bands.

Then he did "BO Gm's", not sure what BO stands for.

SSB no contrast means........safety squat bar no bands or chains.

You got me on the BO gm's but it could be.....no,I won't go there .
