Great straight line, but I'm going to assume you're asking a Garden question. We get storms and tides that create large foot deep mats of seaweed along the tide lines. I just take the garden cart to the beach and using a spading fork, although a pitchfork would work too, take cartloads until the truck bed is full. Hard work, but worth it. I suggest that you google seaweed garden and look around. One example: eartheasy.com/blog/2010/09/how-to-use-seaweed-to-mulch-your-garden/Lots and lots of garden uses.

I should have been more specific..I meant to eat...remember I'm in Pa so anything I get would need to be online.
I've been looking intoTerry wahls way of eating..she has a great video on you tube. (Pam might be able to help out with the link here)
This is one of her books
Minding My Mitochondria 2nd Edition: How I overcame secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) and got out of my wheelchair.
Kelp & seaweed were high on her list of things to eat regularly.

That's a very good question for me to look into because if I learn to identify, I might be able to go out and get some from the ocean. In the meantime here's the first hit from my search. www.oceanvegetables.com/edible-seaweed.htmlAnd that book might be interesting to my friend who is loosing her MS battle.

just finished the cd...short but informative...justified in that 1/2 proceeds go back to the foundation for research.
Pam let me know if you get the book and what you think about it if you do.

i always read reviews starting with the lowest. one reader there makes the point that if this was any kind of a cure, or even a temporary ameliorative, everybody would know about it.
i tend to agree with such observations. but this damn disease is so terrible that one is inclined to try anything. and this looks inexpensive and harmless at worst.

I have to disagree. You just need to read one of Taubes, Bowden or Eades books amoung others to see that carbs, we all know what kind of carbs I'm talking about here, are killing us. Yet the ADA recommends foods like baked chips and rice...brown rice is only slightly better than white as far as GI index is concerned. My doctor is still preaching a low fat diet, been there done that and gained it all back. In the 11 weeks I've been low carbing I have virtually no adema in my legs, you could push on my legs and eat cereal out of the dent it would be so deep and last so long. That never went away eating low fat.
Point is just because everyone isn't doing it or knows about doesn't mean it won't or doesn't work. Drug companies work to keep us sick, and not many doctors know much about nutrition or in my opinion really care.
Just my 2 cents or the ramblings of a sleep deprived woman....storming here and have a puppy that is terrified. Hes resting on my leg that is completely asleep right now but I don't want to move because he is finally calm...the things I do for my pups. I do love them.
I read reviews like you do fish, worst first. I also know lots of reviews are planted, both good and bad.
