Well I thought I started the month lower than I did so for the month of July I have a total of 5.8 lbs down. Not much to write home about but I didnt expect anything.

But the bigger news........

I have now lost, drum roll please......

50.8 lbs!!!!!!

Just wish you could see it more than you do, but I'll get there.

Well Sue we always said once one of us lost 50 lbs we would try to get together...looks like we have to make good on that now

Compassionate Friends national conference is out that way next year...might have too see if I can go...
