i hope we are all fighting hard to get it done, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
got to do the work every day, one day at a time.
so trite, so true.
cutting grass is good, and if you have to fix the mower puzzle to get it going, you get at least some of all four.

Work is workout enough. Back Is giving me trouble again. Been to chiro twice... Still hurts. Trying to take it easy and with that said I had to maneuver behind a washout bay to fix the lights.... Didn't help the back.

Really screwed up my back when I was at the hospital with my dad the month of March. Lots of new nerve pain. I've been having some pretty good relief going to the chiro, can sit now with no pain. What's really been nice is my carpal tunnel is almost completely resolved. It was so bad I was going to see about surgery.
Hope your back starts feeling better!

hope every one feels better.
do your DCs give you prophylactic stretching and exercises ?
i am pretty convinced that once there is injury and muscles go into spasm and other muscles overwork to compensate and balance is lost the recovery has to include multifidus conditioning to restore the balance.
and it seems that takes discipline over time.
something i'm not so good at.

if you do not have a july thread, looks like it will be the second time since 12/07 and first time since 12/08 that you missed a monthly thread.
