stationary bike
c2 rowing machine
cable work
only 10 minutes each on the first day.
the bike is warm up and cardio
the c2 is cardio and resistance
the cable work is pretty much whole body resistance.

my hands and wrists are talking to me.
after the infections i expect there was damage.
we will see.
i fear that pressure on the palm is problematic.
so now i am looking for alternatives to target the muscle groups.
flys instead of benches for the pects, for example.
when one is 70 one has to think differently.

bike row cable
i go to EXRX and other sites to find cable exercises that target specific areas.
right now want to be sure that i condition shoulders carefully at reduced resistance.
typical bike will be 1k turns
typical row is 2K meters on the computer
typical cable is push-pull torso.
