2 miles walking is not bad. are you familiar with speed walking techniques ?
i used to be able to move right along using a heart rate monitor and recording my times over a measured track to measure fitness progress. darn these achy knees !

These dayz I’m just lucky to get anything in... like today, was up at 1:45am worked 12+ hours, have almost 12,000 steps in. Beautiful out but my butt be dragging!

Worked on the garden finally! Tomatoes, cucs, egg plant, some herbs and lettuce. Still want to put some kale in and some beans & peas.

green with envy.
we have been putting the garden in too. but veggies are so hard to grow in Maine, especially on a shady property.
getting the grounds in shape was a real job this year. lots of physical work.
exercise routine changes now.
