yogurt is so easy to "make" and so much cheaper than store bought.

i use the oven set at 220 to sterilize the two quart canning jars we use.

Jerry rigged a double boiler rig to bring a gallon of milk to the 185-190 degree temp.

Sterilize the tops, funnel, spoon, and ladle in the bottom of the double boiler.
