Really it’s just Christmas. It’s all year round but starts picking up around September. November and December are real crazy!

Cleaned my living room, cleaned carpet as well. That was a mental and physical workout.... I hate to clean!

good for you.
steps are so very important.
have you taken an inventory of your exercise lately ? i have re-begun making sure that i get range of motion stuff in for the limbs and back. the indian clubs are back for the wrists, elbows, shoulders. doing some dynamic stuff for spinal rotation and flexion.
rowing is day to day. it is cold, damp, and windy. but other than that moving wood and taking long woods walks.

i have always gotten the impression that you enjoy your work. work is work, of course, and Goldilocks tells us that there is always either too much or too little.
but if, i am correct and you enjoy your work, i am happy for you.

Yes I do enjoy my work. I have been incredibly blessed.32 years and I love it just as much now as I did when I first started.

Raked and carried leaves. There are as many on the trees as on the ground!
