i imagine that if you break your work day down, you get lots of steps (or long slow distance aerobics) and lots of light-medium resistance work (or endurance/strength) imho that will keep you alive longer and kicking harder than almost anyone else.
i only hope you are geting rich at the same time.

meetings
you are on your feet so much that i don't think you have much to worry about in terms of cardio. i hope you might work some stretching and some arm swinging into the day. the arm swinging stuff is to protect the rotator cuff. i use a technique that is ez and quick. make giant clockwise circles with arms across front of body. do 10
slow the arms but continue to circle them while moving your feet to turn your body to face 90 degrees to the right. while making the turn, change the arms from matching to alternate. so now you are making a forward swimming motion. do 10 slow the arms while turning 90 degrees to the right. while making the turn change the arms from alternate to matching. now you are making giant circles counterclockwise.
and so on. by turning your body your arm motion is changed. let me know if i have given a good enough description. this is good for a lot of things.
i do this exercise with the indian clubs, but they are not essential to get the range of motion benefit.
thanks for the thanksgiving message. my favorite feast. and a happy thanksgiving to you, Smoke
