what are you trying to trap ? which havahart do you have ?
if chipmunks the mesh has to be very fine. got it because we have a lot of the critters around. works well. so far have caught 7 in two days trapping. only problem is that "they" say to release 5 miles away. i am trying 2 miles across 2 streams and pretty dense woods.
row yellow breezy, so boat change was good idea. leg work
clubs stretch
wood doing the wood about 10 wheelbarrow loads a session. so much to stack so little to burn.

I have a “kitty door” in the window for Alex, well she brought a chipmunk in and let it loose.... Lil’ shit caught the first one but 2?days later ah brought another one in....so I’ve been trying to get it. I haven’t smelled anything yet so it either got out or they got it and I just didn’t find the gut sac.
Never a dull moment.
I borrowed one from a neighbor, not sure exact type it is.

the good news is the chipmunks don't live inside buildings as a rule.
havahart has two traps that take and hold chipmunks. the mesh has to be small or the beastie will just walk out the side of the trap. i set the trap when i go pre dawn to row. so far taking two a day. releasing them 2 miles away across two streams and multiple roads with dense woods. "they" say i should take them 5 miles away. "they" say that catch and release survival is low. i say at least they have a chance. the alternative is i shoot them.
we are infested with the things.
row red lots of yard work knees on fire.

Yea we have a bunch as well. Last year we had a lot but then we had a ton of rain and many got drowned out.
No working out but lots of work.
One day maybe I’ll have my life back.

i listen to spanish language lessons on my drive to and from the lake. my listening skills are improving to the point that i can watch and understand movies in spanish pretty well. latest is "Avatar", a nikelodeon production from 05. i get almost all of it.
have not caught a chipmunk for two days. perhaps the plague has passed.
