Nothing fancy. Did a guided one this week. Guy that runs it has been involved in that kind of stuff for years.. teaching and practicing. He changes it up, usually 30-45 min. I tend to get antsy after about 20-25 min.
If nothing else it sits me down for a half hour

the wild horses run away.
it takes a long time practicing to get short time focus.
but they say it is worth it.
and for what it is worth, i have been practicing for years, and it takes a long time, and it seems to be worth it.

38 miles in steps last week.
So how is corona up by you?
Can’t go see my Dad. Talked to him this morning, he sounded ok.
I’ll be glad when this is all over!

C19 is just beginning in Maine.
People are crazy.
we drove home from the week in Ct and stopped for groceries. no reason i could make for what folks are wanting. could not find the flour i want, but there was bread. i don't think most people bake their bread. canned tomatoes, gone. and we all know about TP.
do you and your dad have facebook ?
an apple thing, and really good.
be safe, Smoke.

Beyond crazy. I still think there is something fishy about the whole thing!
Dad has a cold now! Did talk to him yesterday.
I did my last shop yesterday... I’ve got plenty in the freezer. Going to try to work as long as I can... changes day by day.
You stay safe as well.

indeed there is something fishy, and that fish stinks.
nobody really knows yet what is going on.
the downside risk is unacceptable in this day and age.
we know now that the major risk is to the expendable, vis mostly me, an old man whose life is almost done regardless.
so let's save the old timers,
and ruin the global economy,
leading to global social unrest.
it's crazy.
i'm an old timer and I say:
if we old timers have to go to save the global economy, let us go.
we had our ride, and it was a good one.

I’m not an economist but I can’t understand why the can’t just stop trading globally? I know it is unprecedented but this is a world wide problem.
I’m still able to go to work, and I still have a little work coming in.
I am actually looking forward to a couple ME dayz. Haven’t had much of that the last year.

Yes, you certainly deserve a little - a lot - of time to relax.
We are well and being prudent without panic.
Folks are going crazy about this.
The news media has disgraced itself beyond belief as they try to fan panic.

cleaning is exercise, especially if it reduces the fat on our elbows.
and for the stay at homes ...
