row red eagle does aerial acrobatics and takes a fish, i think, but whatever it was it was too big for the bird to take out of the water. fun to watch the drenched bird extracting itself from the water and taking flight. something of a struggle.
and yeah, it's hot. our neighbors asked us if we wanted their window air conditioners and we said no. isn't it always the way ?
we could use an air conditioner meebe 7 to 10 nights a year max
yesterday was 90 +
last night was warm - mid 70s today 90+ tonight supposed to be 66.
the humidity is all over the place. yesterday 90% today 49%

row red probably won't get to 100 outings this year, but it is 2020 after all.
we have ceiling fans, one too high on a cathedral ceiling.
once you figure them out, they're good.
we use them winter and summer. winter to distribute the heat evenly. summer (without AC) for a breeze.
they say to run the blades different directions by season. not very important because the temp in the room evens. but a breeze in summer is nice and in winter is not, so we do what they say. summer, blow down. winter blow up.

row red grounds work at 81
i reckon 70 - 80 days a year using the red boat 95% of the time until the last two which were over 100. boat use up with bike use down.

row red
warm gopro is not plug and play. i guess the kids do this stuff so often that some instructions are simply understood. i have read the manual and am chasing around the net to get the thing set up.
ankle not good, but i can get the boat in the water and row, and the grounds work is just grimace and bear it. it's the spine.

row red
heron pair one on balancing on a treetop
thoughtful full range of motion for ankle while walking is at least coincidental with improvement.
felt the beginnings of sciatica but doing the daily drill of stretching.
the sphinx and later in the routine the cobra.
who knows if it is working.
post hoc does not equal propter hoc.
