Too many steps and standing behind press too long... icing knee & foot. I’m not looking forward to Christmas season!

Ok so I’m trying to do some squats. Did 25 on Tuesday 35 yesterday Shooting for 50 today.... going to break that into 25/25....like you my knees don’t like them! And I’m cheating by holding onto a bar.... 😢
This getting old sucks!

Geeze, Smoke, you're worse than i am.
6/22 - icing knee & foot - but 25 squats
6/23 - 35 squats
6/24 my knees don't like them, but i'm shooting for 50.
(you're shooting, all right.)
6/25 - bad idea
did you say something to me about how i am supposed to listening to the body ?
p.s. starting out at 25 to 35 to 50 on consecutive days is too much for anyone.
even for body weight squats.

are you "working in" some of the stretches and range of motion work ?
the occasional chair squats, for example ?
although the steps are pretty good all by themselves.
keep those shoulders open.
