not their fault, i had not been to 62 in a week.

NC loves that you have your own ornament box when we trim the tree.

cooked up a couple of bone-in standing rib roasts over the holiday.

#1 pretty good at the kids' house.

used recipe and technique from internet.

#2 just about perfect here.

Joy of Cooking, first edition.

Preheat Oven 550.

put room temp roast in and turn the oven to 350.

don't open the oven for the first hour.

15 minutes per pound for just past really rare.

115 on the thermometer take out.

130 after 15 minute stand.

@2 was 4 lbs, so never opened the oven, and it was done.

also, the oven never came back on, so the oven held well from the 550.

of course, i have an heavy cast iron griddle that lives on the floor of our oven to maintain even heat for the bread baking.

and the folks at tracfone now tell s we have to get gen 4s.

only good thing is that our gen 3s only get sms and most folks use mms by default.

the ad is a very good tool.

it uses a big fan, so the resistance is variable, and it is possible to get real strength work in along with endurance.

arms and legs.

the arm, back, and torso effect is very similar to one armed rows and chest presses

and since i have done many many one armed bent over rows, and dumbbell chest presses, i recognize the levels of resistance.

this is strength training.
