Back from Cape Cod.

Rain so no row.

Kids coming to visit for a few days, so lots of cleaning, putting up screens, etc.

the little one was here for a few days.

lots of exercise, especially at the beach.

weather was good when E was here.

we bought our annuals to hang around the porch.

and some tomato plants, too.

yard work

have a string trimmer without bump advance.

got it on purpose because i had trouble with other bumpers.

may have to go back.

if the string hits an obstacle, it gets pulled out of the head and must be replaced.

no problem, but too frequent when working around buildings.

I use cut string but use larger size… off hand I’m not sure of the size 3/8 maybe

i use orange string because i've got a lot of it.

i think green or black art thicker

don't know if my trimmer head will take them.

start stacking new pile of firewood.

june is a bust.

the weather has not been good for rowing.

rigged the red boat today

maybe tomorrow.
