back when i could take serious walks and runs i would often find myself thinking about all sorts of stuff.
pretty much the meaning of life.
nothing serious.
i miss my early morning out and abouts.
but hopefully they will resume soon.
once the wood is piled.

When my ex and I split up I was riding bike and I would do a lot of thinking. My printing room is my quiet place too a lot of times, even with the noise of the press I can still draw on some “tranquility “ for lack of a better word… usually early in the morning or if I’m really busy and there late.
Being with one’s thoughts isn’t always a bad thing.

I’m landed on playing pickle ball this morning… had to go to work first… left my house at 2am! Worked till 7:00 then friend ended up canceling 😥
Came home and made keto lasagna and a flourless chocolate torte pie.

bummer to get canceled. don't they have a pick up system, especially for adults. when i went to the soccer fields the adult men would simply run off when tired and someone would run on. took turns.
hope you're warming up a little before you go out. especially the shoulders.
worked well.
nc's dau has gluten problems, and we have been looking for good recipes and stuff. she actually went to a school for vegan and vegetarian cooking in NYC.

The group where we play will do that, winners keep the court & 2 new players come in. I just didn’t feel like going down alone plus they don’t get there till later.
I’m loving the keto. There are alot of good recipes online.

i grew up in the city. at the playground every game went by that rule. winner(s) "held", loser(s) went to the back of the line.
everything, from knock-hockey to basketball.
and we had about everything. one could have played jai-ali on our three wall handball courts, if we had known what it was.
great place to grow up.

Beautiful out this afternoon, moves some soil and cleaned out a couple beds in the garden. Dug some potatoes that came up from last year, maybe 2 lbs. everything else is pretty much done. Couple hot peppers still there and a few tomatoes. Probably can cut parsley another time.
Not a great harvest this year but got a few good things. There’s always next year.

purring some of our beds to sleep for the winter, too.
something going on with the birds, none at the feeders.
winter is coming, but this is unusual.
