Hey Pam, Hows the bag coming along? Did you look for any info on working out with it? If I think about it when i'm home maybe I'll search for something....don't like to surf too much with the work puter.

All I do is sit and look at my bag laying on the floor. Jack hung it up for me but when we used it the entire living and dining room shook. Things moving on the table and I have a hutch full of stuff I dont want broken so we are going to rehang it. He was going to try to mount it to my rack. If it works that would work out the best. I'm open for suggestions. I thought about going back to my original idea of hanging it in the garage, he said it would do the same thing up in the bedrooms then. It was hanging from a hook that was in the ceiling and the hook moved around. I just think if there was some way to stabilize the hook or use something else instead to hold it it would work out better...any thoughts? Didnt find anyone online yet either for workingout with it but I'm going to look again. I remember my punches and kicks from karate but I'm sure my form sucks now. Let me know if you find anything.

O have mine Bolted through a double 2x4..If you just use a screw in type hook...even a big one, chances are it's going to come out.
When I was kickboxing we were downstairs in an office building and the lady at the desk just above it was always complaining about her stuff being jolted around.
