Is the Dr. in?
The last 2 days I've been getting a nasty headache around 3:00 and it lasts a couple good hours. I haven't been getting them for months..I believe because of the way I have been eating. I really haven't had anything that I would have thought would cause this, however I have also been taking a multi vitamin, fish oil and vitamin C regularly...I missed about 3 days of that...would you think that not taking them would cause the headache?

N & I are having some sort of nasty sinus headaches. Don't know if it is seasonal or not . Of course she works every day with those little Petrie dishes, so it can some exotic plague.
In your case I am guessing that you have re-instituted the three supps. Let us know if that works.
In the meantime, I ask the obvious: hydration ?

H2O is ok and yes I took the supps. last night.
In general I don't have sinus/alergy problems...but then again neither did my Father till he was about 45-50.
I' also thinking that it may be related to the arm/shoulder trouble...pinched nerve of sorts. Might go see the chiropractor for an alignment....he's on doc I can tolerate.

Smoke,
Auto chiropractic.
Stand feet shoulder width apart, toes at 45 out, knees bent. Just a little higher than the classic athletic ready positon.
Turn torso, first left, then right.
Allow arms to swing freely.
Keep face forward at first, then permit face to turn with torso.
Begin to shift weight from leg to leg with the turns.
First go forward as you turn ie turning left, move your weight over the left foot and vice versa.
Then go backward as you turn. ie turning left, sit back over the right foot and vice versa.
Really permit the arms to swing.
Pam knows all about this. At least one experts says it gives most of the benefits of a full Tai Chi workout.
And does it ever crack your back !
Good luck.

ps nasal bathing helps too.

Hi Garner, I don't think we've met. Nice to see you here.
You sound like your aware of headaches and food. For me that is the key thing, that and water. I got a headache a couple months back that was unexplainable..other than that one..I don't get headaches anymore! Since I got rid of eating any processed foods, or high amounts of sugar they are pretty nion existant.
You may be right in the pinched nerve theory..I hate Dr.s but love my chiropractor.
Good to see you here.
