Watch your calories, eat clean and exercise. One place I went to said "Shed water weight effortlessly". I wouldnt think they would be worth much. Just my 2 cents.

I have used them. But my object was not to loose weight, but to get really warm and to have a really good and I hoped cleansing sweat.
Everything tech I have read about them says NO in great big captial letters.
Now if you want to sweat a few pounds off in the last three or four hours before weigh in, maybe, but I know of no lasting benefit, including weight loss. Athletes who have to make weight on a given day use 'em.
But it is all water weight, no fat at all.
With some potential for harm, loss of electrolytes, salts, and other essential blood stuff .
