Why are people so damn sue happy. I have run across so many people that tell me I need to sue the driver of the semi that hit Ryan. First of all, from what they can tell, Ryan didnt stop...why? In all probability he didnt see the stop sign. No one was drinking, no drugs involved, it was a horrible horrible accident. What would suing help? Will it bring Ryan back? Will it help reverse time? No. Would it cause more stress in my life, yes. Would it make the man who was driving the semi feel better, I dont think so. He has to live with what happened for the rest of his life. His fault or not. How horrible that must be for him.
I dont have any fight left in me. I barely have enough to get me through the day.
I just needed to get that off my chest. Im so sick of people telling me what I "need" to do.

Pam,
Unqualified people often give bad advice.
I am qualified to advise you to get advice from qualified people.
I suggest that anyone in your position might profit from, indeed may "need" to seek advice from those who are qualified to give it, namely those who have been through what you are going through .
You are not alone in your solitude and grief.
