Smoke,
Shopping ? Before 12/24 ? Who does that ? I only have my Nancy to shop for, and we have everything we need, thank God.
Got any good ideas ?
I will be interested to hear about the p90 program. I enjoyed my exer-videos and they worked.
I've got a bug. Don't know what it is exactly, but I have no temperature, and I don't put myself in the hands of the leaches under 101. Other folks with it say it is a two week deal.
Glad to see that there is a new kid in the neighborhood. Again, if you gals can keep each other motivated, it will be a good thing.
Like you, I am "off" until the new year.
A Very Merry Christmas to you and to yours.

I'm terrible at picking out gifts. For me I'm always happy with a new tool...somehow I don't take Nancy for that type. lol
Sorry to here your feeling a bit under the weather...seems to be alot of that going around the last couple weeks. I try to keep my distance from the world so to avoid such bugs.
Took the day off, they were calling for a bad snowstorm so I thought it was as good of an excuse as any. Stayed in bed with my coffee till about 9:00, made cookies and watched it snow. Got a bit of a workout in...went out and shoveled 2 x's. We ended up with around 8 or 9". Will make for a nice white Christmas.

Hey guys, I wanted to wish you both a Merry Christmas. I want to thank both of you for your support during this year. Fish, I still read the emails you sent me. I find hope in your words.
Sue, thanks so much for the mugs with Fish's words. Though the pain seems only to be getting worse the words are comforting.
To say its been a rough year would be a gross understatement. I like to think I always found value in my friends but I know I appreciate them and my family so much more. I am so much more aware of the fact that it can all be taken away from me with no notice at all.
To that end, though our communications are mostly electronic, I want you to know I appreciate so much that God has brought you into my life. You have both taught me so much. And though I am not here as much as I hope to be soon, I think about you often and count you among my blessing.
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I know Ryan would thank you too, for all your support.
Merry Christmas.
Pam
PS Ejoyce I also want to thank you. I am truly amazed at how strong you are. You are an amazing woman. You may not know it but you have helped me to hold on to my faith in the things you write.

Smoke, We just got a dusting, 15 inches or so. Thank goodness for snowblowers. And those funny looking shovels with the bent shafts are worth getting, too. I saw in your new p90 program that they use dumbbells. What kind of dumbbells have you got? If you are looking, I have and recommend Powerblocks. I got a "classic 45" set years ago, and then got the additional 20 lb handle so I go from 5 to 60 lbs in each hand. I will never need more. I think that with a decent flat bench, dumbbells, and a jump-rope one can stay as fit and strong as can be. www.powerblock.com/blocks.htmlMerry Christmas to you and to yours, Smoke, fish Pam, I am very glad that I could offer any comfort at all. I guess no one has to tell you that the first year is almost unbearable, the birthdays, the holidays, the special days. I hope you-all can get to one of those groups soon. No one can ever be the same, but things will get better, you’ll see. A blessed Christmas to you and to yours. Please give Jack a big fishy kiss for old times sake. Keep the faith, fish
