I have a cheap little stepper, well I had one until I dropped a db on one of the foot plates, anyway, one thing I noticed with it was that as it got warmed up (ie the longer you did it) the easier it was do to, there wasnt as much resistance. It works on hydraulics like the TC. Curious if the TC will be the same way.
Smoke, have you noticed that at all or does the resistance stay pretty consistent throughout the entire workout?

For the amount of time I stayed at one speed it appeared to stay the same, I increase my speed so it feels like it changes the resistance but it really doesn't. When you used the TC as step for 5 min was there a difference?

No there wasn't but then I only did it for 5 minutes....was being nice and letting Kara use it, she milking that ear infection lol
Hey another question for you. My right treadle (that doesnt look like its spelled right even though it passed the spell check test) is touching or almost touching the upright, is there a way to adjust that? Its good on the left side but you can see scratches where its been hitting on the right one.
Wrote to Bowflex to see if they would send me a manual, can find one online for every other bowflex product but the TC.

That rubbing is the exact same problem I had. If you take the 2 back side covers off, and then the one on the back...they are only screwed on. In the back there are 4 bolts, center the treadles and make sure they are tight. Mine is still off center a bit but it's better than it was.
