Ok, I'm reading a book on Diabetes. Says.. Start your exercise with a shot of oil. Regular exercise combined with fish oil supplements result in fat loss. Researchers had 65 overweight people take 6 grams daily of fish oil or sunflower oil. Half the people in each group walked or ran 3 x's a week for 45 min. After 12 weeks the Fish Oil eaterd has lost 3.3 lbs on average, the others saw only minor weight loss.
Both exercise and fish oil increase the activity of fat burning enzymes, so combinng them leads to greater fat loss.
To boost your burn take 2 grams of fish oil 2 hours before your workout.
I thought it was interesting...take it for what it's worth.
I'm a big fan of fish oil.

Which fish oil brand do you recommend? The last one I took gave me (at the risk of being indelicate) fishy burps.

I"m using Spring Valley at the moment but I've also used Nature Made. I don't have the problem of it repeating on me. Make sure you take it with something, Breakfast or dinner.
I'm not sure but I think there is a new type out that is in a tablet form that you don't get the fish burps from... I sorta remember the Kid at work mentioning something about it...If I think about it I'll ask her next week.

Smoke, Here is an article, and this is the place. If it were not for Eric, I probably wouldn't use the stuff. It is somewhat expensive if you use the rec'd dosage. I don't. It may be coincidence, but flameout is part of the routine that is keeping my knees from being sore. Now about the place ... I don't much like what I call T-rag. It is pretty much aimed at young men, but it has a wealth of good information if one can get past the puerile references and cheese / beef cake pictures. That said, many of the best authorities in the fitness field have been published there. Sort of like the old playboy rag. If you look at a list of the people who did the interviews with that otherwise sophomoric, or sophmoronic rag, it reads like a whose who of prominent men and women. www.t-nation.com/productInfo.do?id=910074fish
