Somebody keep on me about getting some water down.
Doing not so bad with eating. Doing really good with working out. Doing really good with posting Doing crummy with drinking water.
Shows too, haven't lost a lb! I'm sure some of it is muscle swap but it would be nice to see the scale move just a tiny bit.
I did take measurements before I started but it's too soon to check on that yet.

You got it. I can tell how good I do during the day with water by how many times I'm up at night...so far I'm doing excellent

Seriously, I have always had a problem drinking enough water, just don't like to. I drink waaaaay too much coffee. So my deal is 8 oz of water before every cup of coffee. Starting tomorrow.

That's a good plan. I'm trying to take a sip everytime I go back to my office...(which is alot during the day). Nights believe it or not I do pretty well, I keep a 32 oz bottle on the headboard, can usually finish it off by morning.
