I thought it's supposed to be relaxing?

What is it? Certainly not the postures, I suspect you are in great shape. Is it the slowness? I found that turning off the constant chatter in my head was the hardest part of yoga. It took me many months of yoga before I became proficient at that.

I'm not sure what it is exactly that I don't like..Might just be this routine. The second half of this is Balance poses...that I like alos. But the first part it's adding a posture each tiome and I think I;'m finding it too monotonous.
uhhh as for me being in shape...well I'm getting there..I'm away's away from puting my hand behind my back and putting the other one under my leg and grasping it..lol
