So we are doing ped and water is that right? Are we setting personal goals or do we have one to shoot for?

ok, found the pedo and got a new battery.
never used the thing, so i have no idea what to expect.
90 oz H2O.
if i reckon aright, that's just a 6 oz short of three quarts.
i was planning on two quarts.
we'll see.

Water about 48 oz Steps 6000
Question, I know they recommend that you get in 10,000 steps a day wondering if that is in addition to regular or for days you don't workout.

tied the thing to my chuckie T.
got a reading, of strides, not steps.
takes me to 6.3 K, a large portion of which should be doubled.
bottom line = 10 K seems reasonable if aerobic exercise included.
keep fighting,
