If anyone is interested in a good ped I have a Omron. It tracks steps for a 24 hour period and can't be reset. Best ped I've had and I've gone through quite a few. Don't remember what it cost I've had it for awhile but I love that even if you push a button it doesn't reset the steps.

Trick for me used to be have a big jug (64 oz) and pour it into a smaller bottle throughout the day and keep it close by all the time, smaller container doesn't appear so ominous.
Now I keep my jug by my desk and everytime I come or go I take a sip.
Seems to work most of the time.

2/26 64 oz water 5700 steps
Ped should be the same. I haven't had to buy a new one lately. I also like that it has a tether. I seemed to always be losing them. I believe one fell in the toilet way back when. That was gross.
Was thinking of adding a challenge board if we plan on keeping ths up. What ya'll think of that.

To all, I particpated in a 3 day job fair of sorts interviewing and reviewing profiles and resumes of 14 people. It was a marathon, no exercise, no water, no measured steps. I just now got home. I will begin tomorrow with a renewed effort.

My DEEPEST SYMPATHYS to you, If there is one part of my job I hate almost as much as Yoga is hiring.. Firing is so much easier. It brings all the wing~nuts out of the wood work.
Those 3 days had to be a workout in themselves.
nice to have you back.

I know I slacked on posting. I apologize for that. We went on a little road trip on Saturday so I was in the car most of the day. Only got in around 1000 steps. Sunday we cleaned up the basement and created a workout area. It looks so nice but only got in 2200 steps. I cant wait until we get it finished down there. It was so hard working out when there were boxes all over. I guess I'm anal that way.
I didnt go good on water either day...always harder on weekends for me with water.
