Anyone ever try this?
Really good! no soy, 70 calories/cup Little pricy but then what isn't anymore.
btw Eileen, I found the cardomom at the healthfood store... I don't get to that one all that often but maybe I'll have to now. Tried another batch of granola bars, wanted to alter the recipe a bit to make a slightly larger batch and I messed it up. Now I have bars and cereal..lol fell apart on me...oh well.

yup, and you can make it yourself.
half Cup blanched and peeled Almonds 6T or less honey 2drops almond extract 1/4 t ground cardamom
3 cups water in blender on add almonds 1by1 let it run 5 mins strain (cheesecloth) into saucepan honey simmer 5 mins cool add other stuff - stir - refrigerate
sounds like a pain, takes 15 mins.
add rum in summer time
