Ejoyce you had asked me to let you know how I liked this so here goes. I love it! You program in your stats and take a fitness test and your trainer, Maya sets up a programs for you. You can then determine what you want your focus to be. She will give you her advice but you can choose what you want, weight loss, flexibility, etc (cant remember the rest)
You then program in what days you will workout and for how long. You can change that at any time. You earn more music, different exercises and workout environments the more workouts you do. You can also get credit for additional exercise you do.
Then they ask what equipment you have and she will include that in your workouts.
My goal is weight loss so every workout has a cardio element too it. I can choose from upper body, lower body, flexibility, cardio and a couple more for each workout. She also gives her recommendation.
Took me a couple workouts before I figured out that you can click on the tutorial button during an exercise or move and she will show you in slow motion how to do it. I had one circle move I couldnt get for the life of me. Spent almost 5 minutes trying to figure it out. Then the next time I worked out she says "I see you had problems with this move before, I'm glad you took time to learn it" I stood there thinking, oh my gosh, how on earth does she know that! Took me until I was almost done with my workout to figure out it was because I watch the tutorial...I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box lol
At the bottom of the screen you can see what your next exercise will be and what equipment you will need. I just learned today that you can pause it too. That was nice when I couldnt get the equipment ready in the time she gave me.
Overall I love it. I wish they would have some sort of calendar or chart that showed your exercise prgression, days worked out, time, etc...really surprised they dont have that unless its there and I dont know it. I'll have to have Tanner look at it.
