The book is The Beck Diet Solution by Judith S. Beck, Ph.D. and basically it's not a diet plan but it involves Cognitive Therapy. I believe it will be helpful because I'm sure my out-of-control eating starts in my mind, not from hunger in my body. I'll try and let you all know how it goes. I've really gone off the deep end and last night at my support group, I weighed 205. Yikes!! No wonder my back hurts, my legs hurt, etc. etc. Talk about weight lifting, I do that everytime I get out of my chair. I'm missed you guys and the fault has been mine. Sorry. I'll try and get better at this. Good luck to all. I'm still trying to get this site figured out.

Let us know if you need any help Shirl. Its pretty easy to get around once you play with it for a bit. You can send people private messages by clicking on their name and then clicking on send private message (or something to that effect).
Let us know about the book. It sounds really interesting.

Nice to see you here. Accountability is closed down, not sure if anyone else made a site or not. Pam and I kept trying to post links for this one.
Glad you guys followed it. would be nice to get a site rockin like it used to be...we can do it!

terrible title, cover picture so bad that i've got it in a plain brown wrapper, but good stuff inside.
