Not sure you got this e-mail or not pam, was in one of UM's e-mails. Anyone ever here of this guy? Sounds sorta interesting, I like that they say HFCS is bad for you...I get sick of the tv commercials that are saying it's ok in moderation...BUT IT'S IN EVERYTHING!

Hmmm I live in Cincinnati, and worked alomost directly across the street from his clinic. I'm not sure it was there at the time.

I am skeptical by nature (and nuture ) I tend to be even more skeptical when so much is promised if you buy their product.

I agree - I think HFCS is evil.

It was listed in one of Mark Hymans e-mails..The Ultrametabolism Guy. I always liked alot of his theorys and the UM diet..This guy sounds similar...I am like you though quite skeptical, usually it's all about the $$

I think its probably just more of what we already know whole, unprocessed foods. Seems to be the best approach I've found.
