Well I'm back benching again and it felt wonderful! ;D I was smart and kept things light although I will admit that the 85 lbs on the floor press felt way to heavy. I know I've lost a lot but I'm going to give myself until the end of the year to get caught up again. If it happens faster great but I'm going to try to be smart about this from now on. There will be nothing ME or DE about my bench workouts but I'm going to label them as such because I'm going to try to stick to exercises I would normally do on those days. Speaking of which, Jack I know you're busy but when you get time after things slow down at work could you please send me a list of the exercises you do on your ME Bench, squat, etc days. I would owe you bigtime if you did that for me. ME Bench / assistance Warmup: Treadmill - 12 minutes sprints Stretching/Windmills 2x2x10 Cuff Complex (first 1/2) 1x20x5 Floor Press 1x15x45 2x10x65 1x5x85:( 1x8x65 DB Tri Extensions 1x20x8 2x15x10 1x8x12 Lat Pulldowns 1x20x30 2x20x45 1x15x45 Face Pulls 1x12x45 1x15x60 2x12x72 DB Cleans 4x10x12 Cuff Complex (2nd 1/2) 1x20x5 Everything went good, didnt push things and my shoulder feels good right now. I did pop some ibuprofen before my workout and think I'll continue to do that for awhile. Well thats it, its going to take me awhile to get back to where I was but at least I'm on my way.

Way to go Pam. You've been waiting a long time for this and it seems you passed the first test with flying colors. Just stay smart and don't get tempted by the big #'s until you're positive that your shoulder is 100% . I'll send you those exercise in the next day or two.

I'm going to be smart. Have you ever known me to push myself beyond what I could do? I dont expect those exercises this week. I know you are busy. Wait until things slow down. Yes, thats an order. And yes, I can give you orders, just ask Cora.
