I got this one done with no back pain and that was the highlight of the workout . Flat speed bench(3 wide grips, 60#'s chain)--9x3x115; 3 board press(med. grip)--1x3x205,225,245,265 ( worked on keeping tucked,going low and pushing the bar toward my feet) ; Lying BB tricep extensions--1x10x45,65,85,95; 1x8x105; Seated DB cleans--4x8x30; Rear delt raise(flat bench)--4x8x30; Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x15x10. I've still got a ways to go on getting my bench stroke anywhere close to good form but I'm making some progress. It's glacially slow but I'm heading in the right direction.

I always say when you can come out of a workout injury or pain free its been a good workout. We need to workout together sometime so you can really critique my form, both with benching and squatting. Lets put that on the agenda.
