2 straight days now...I'm beat! and I had to come to work tonight to boot!

Roof is maybe a little more than halfway, gonna give it a good few hours again tomorrow, then I need to come to real work for a bit.

Hey Pam found this great new weight loss program..it's called re~do your roof. was down about 6 lbs last night, anxious to see what I am tonight. lol

Down to the last 1/4 mile here.

Got a happy jack sunburn and am having a bit of trouble waking my hand up but other than that not doing too bad.

Supposed to be nice yet today. Had a few more boards to replace yesterday so that slowed us down a little. about 3 sq. to go, ridge vent and flash the chimney...I think I'll keep my day job though.

Sucked going into work at night after doing the roof all day, hope to get a much needed me day this weekend.

Then I get home last night and my brother dropped off 2 huge holly bushes..I gave one to the neighbor and stuck the other one in a garbage can with water till I can get to plant it.

Lots on the to do list yet this summer..
plant the garden, powerwash and stain the siding, finish leveling off the dirt pile. Those are the biggies, ya own a house and there is always something to do.

I will say though,I think this year I might just have the best looking yard in the neighborhood!

hey there, glad youre getting the roof done. I think I'll be on a similar weight loss program, I call mine stain the house and pick up branches. Probably not as effective as yours but it keeps me moving. Did I ever tell you we have those rare trees in our yard? When the branches fall they multiply. Three acres and we need to pick up all the branches so we can cut down the brush. I wanted a big yard why??
