I'm here. I've been busy running kids around and trying to get the yard cleaned up. Also have been taking care of my parents. They both caught a nasty virus so I've been cooking for them.

So that my story. How is Bob doing?

good question, i kinda wish i knew.

i have to stop reading, listening, or watching the news.

it's just killing me.

I'm in and out...more out than in thses days it seems.

Lots of yardwork.

Doing ok though, need to get back to eating better and doing some real workouts...way too much BBQing lately.
