This wasn't exactly a ME day because I didn't think I'd get to failure. My goal was to do as many 3 rep sets of gm's without experiencing any back pain. I played it smart and when I thought the next weight jump might put to much strain on these old healing muscles, I shut it down. I kept every thing else relatively light and feel only soreness now. Arched back good mornings ( -3 )--warmups,1x3x185,205,225,245,265; GHR--3x10x10, 1x15xBW ; Rev. hypers--1x12x50,70,90; Ab slings--2x12x knees up; 2x12x legs up ; Situps ( GHR )--1x10xBW; 3x8x25 ; Reverse BB curl--1x10x45,55,65; 1x7x75 ; Tri pushdowns( minibands)--3x25 ; Wrist curls ( BTB )--1x15x65,1x12x85,1x10x95,105 . Since I went a lighter on the leg work, I treated myself to an extra arm exercise . Even though i went lighter I'm still tired. A hot shower is probably going to put my lights out .

I'm proud of you for stopping before you hurt yourself. I do have to disagree with you about one thing though, now how surprised are you at that? From what I'm looking at I dont think I'd say that wasnt a max effort workout. I think that looks pretty darn good. You'll be happy to know that I dont have any questions for you at all this time.
